Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على فقه الواقع وعلاقته بالنص الشرعي : دراسة تحليلية تطبيقية ، واستعرضت في البداية مقدمة احتوت على أهمية الموضوع ، وطرح الإشكالية ،ومنهجية البحث ، وخطة البحث ، كما تطرقت إلى مفهوم ومصطلحات كمفهوم فقه الواقع والفقه لغة واصطلاحا ، وتناولت الدراسة أيضا : أهمية فقه الواقع، والدعوة الإسلامية وفقه الواقع:أصول العلاقة ، ووضحت الدراسة أيضا أمثلة تطبيقية كعلاقة فقه الواقع بالنص الشرعي ،ثم ختمتها بأهم النتائج والخلاصات . الكلمات المفتاحية: الفقه . الواقع .النص. الشرع .العلاقة .الفهم التنزيل .
