Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة اتجاه مؤشرات سوق العمل في الجزائر خلال فترة (1992-2019) و اعداد توقعات بشأنها (2020-2025)، و ذلك بالاعتماد على منهجية دليل صندوق النقد الدولي 2012. تبينت النتائج أن أي تغير سيحدث في مقدار المرونة سيقابله استجابة طردية مع معدل نمو العمالة، بالاضافة إلى أي تغير في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي سيقابله استجابة عكسية مع معدل البطالة. This research paper deals with studying the trend of labor market indicators in Algeria during the period (1992-2019) and preparing forecasts for them (2020-2025), based on the methodology of the International Monetary Fund 2012 guide. The results show that any change that will occur in the amount of flexibility will be met with a response Corresponding to the rate of employment growth, in addition to any change in the gross domestic product will be offset by an opposite response with the unemployment rate.
