مدى قدرة محافظ الحسابات بالجزائر على تدقيق المؤسسات في ظل بيئة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال – دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من محافظي الحسابات بالجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى قدرة محافظ الحسابات بالجزائر على أداء مهامه في ظل بيئة تكنولوجيا المعلومات،وتبيان مشاكل التدقيق في ظل هذه البيئة الحديثة بهدف مواكبة تطورات الحاصلة من اجل تحسين خدمات مكاتب التدقيق بالجزائر، وهذا من خلال دراسة تحليلية للآراء عينة من محافظي الحسابات الجزائريين، وأجريت باستخدام استبيان تم تصميمه بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة والدراسة النظرية. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن محافظ الحسابات بالجزائر وفريقه ليس لهم الكفاءة العلمية والعملية التي تسمح لهم تدقيق مؤسسات التي تستخدم تكنولوجيا والمعلومات والاتصال وكذا يوجد أمام محافظي الحسابات في الجزائر مشاكل أثناء مراجعة تدقيق المؤسسات التي تستخدم وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الحديثة Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the extent to which Algeria's accountants can perform their functions in the IT environment and to identify audit problems in this modern environment in order to keep abreast of developments in order to improve the services of the auditing offices in Algeria. The questionnaire was designed using previous studies and theoretical studies. This study concluded that the Algerian accountant and his team do not have the scientific and practical efficiency that allows them to audit institutions that use technology, information and communication. In addition, there are problems in Algeria's accountants when reviewing the audit of institutions using modern ICTs
