دور الإبداع الإداري في تحقيق المؤسسة ميزة تنافسية مستدامة لمؤسسة Samsung

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه الإبداع الإداري لمؤسسة سامسونج في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، وذلك باستخدام تحليل SWOT لإبراز نقاط القوة والفرص التي تمتلكها المؤسسة من أجل الاعتماد عليها للتغلب على نقاط الضعف والتهديدات، وبالتالي التمهيد لظهورها كأحد ابرز المؤسسات في عالم صناعة الإلكترونيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية : تركيز سامسونج على الإبداع كأبرز عنصر لتعظيم حصتها السوقية، البحث والتطوير المستمر هما أساس التقدم التقني الذي حققته مؤسسة سامسونج، الإعلانات نقطة مهمة في استراتيجية سامسونج، إضافة إلى أن تحليل SWOT يبين امتلاك سامسونج لخط دفاعي قوي في مجال صناعة الإلكترونيات . Abstract : The aim of the study was to highlight the role of Samsung's management innovation in achieving sustainable competitive advantage, using SWOT analysis to highlight the strengths and opportunities that the foundation has to rely on to overcome weaknesses and threats, thereby preparing the ground for its emergence as one of the most prominent institutions in the electronics industry. The study found the following findings: Samsung's focus on innovation as the most prominent element to maximize its market share, R & D being the basis of Samsung's technical advances, advertising an important point in Samsung's strategy, and SWOT's analysis shows that Samsung has a strong line of defense in the electronics industry.
