التلوث البيئي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة تجريبية للفترة 1980 - 2018
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية في محاولة البحث في العلاقة بين التلوث البيئي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر سواء على المدى القصير أو الطويل عن طريق اجراء دراسة قياسية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2018، وتم الاعتماد على منهج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الابطاء الموزعة ARDL بغية التحقق من هذه الدراسة وذلك باستخدام متغيرة انبعاثات غاز الكربون كمتغير تابع ومتغيرات مفسرة متمثلة في نصيب الفرد الحقيقي من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، استهلاك الطاقة، الانفتاح التجاري و نسبة التحضر. توصلت الدراسة قياسيا بناء على متغيرات الدراسة إلى ان النمو يؤثر بصورة طردية في انبعاثات غاز الكربون في الجزائر على المديين الصغير والطويل وهذا ما يختلف عن فرضيات منحنى كوزنتس البيئي The aim of this paper is to try to investigate the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in Algeria, both in the short and long term, by conducting a standard study in Algeria during the period 1980-2018, The ARDL self-regression methodology was used to verify this study Using variable carbon emissions as a dependent variable and explanatory variables represented in real GDP per capita, energy consumption, trade openness and urbanization. The study, based on the study variables, found that growth positively affects carbon emissions in Algeria in the small and long term. This is different from the assumptions of the Kuznets environmental curve
