تحليل الخطاب وممارسات المستخدمين عبر الفضاء الافتراضي نحو محاولة وضع أطر تحليلية جديدة لدراسة الاتصالات الرقمية

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذا المقال البحث عن مدى تكييف أدوات تحليل الخطاب للتعامل مع مشهد الإعلام الرقمي الذي يتميز بسرعة التغير، وهل هناك محاولات جادة في صياغة مفاهيم ومنهجيات جديدة للتعامل مع التشكيلة الخطابية الفريدة والمتنوعة التي يحويها الفضاء الافتراضي، وذلك عبر تقديم قراءة نظرية تحليلية بناء على الاستئناس بجملة من الأدبيات التي تعرضت لهذا الموضوع. وقد خلصنا إلى وجود بعض المقاربات المنهجية التي أسهمت في تحليل الخطاب الافتراضي، كالإثنوغرافيا الافتراضية، ومقاربة "بلاغة الجمهور " كإحدى أهم المقاربات المستحدثة التي عُنيت بإعادة صياغة الأطر التحليلية لمنهجية تحليل الخطاب وفق مساهمات الجمهور في الفضاء الافتراضي. In this article, we try to find the extent to which speech analysis tools are adapted to deal with the rapidly changing digital media landscape. Are there serious attempts to formulate new concepts and methodologies to deal with the unique and diverse rhetorical formation that virtual space contains? This is done by providing a theoretical and analytical reading based on a body of literature that has been exposed to this topic. And we concluded that there are some methodological approaches that contributed to the analysis of virtual discourse, such as virtual ethnography and the approach of "audience rhetoric" as one of the most important approaches developed by reformulating the analytical frameworks of discourse analysis methodology according to the contributions of the public in the virtual space.
