Facteurs De Risque Nutritionnel De Cancer Du Sein
Résumé: Breast cancer is currently the number one cancer in the world, and its incidence has been increasing for 20 years. Despite considerable progress in breast cancer management, the therapeutic results remain modest and this cancer remains the leading cause of cancer mortality in women.At the national level, breast cancer is a major public health problem. We propose through this study to look for an association between the mode of feeding and the occurrence of breast cancer. For this, a dietary survey was conducted in parallel with a study of some hereditary, hormonal and environmental risk factors. Among the factors studied, the consumption of red meat appears to increase the risk of breast cancer. A diet rich in fiber and a vitamin A and vitamin E intake appear to be protective factors. Age at menopause lifestyle and genetic predisposition are also identified as a risk factor for breast cancer.
