نحو إرساء مبادئ المسؤولية الإجتماعية لتحسين أداء البنوك التجارية ( دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري Bea وكالة تبسة -46-)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مدى التزام البنوك التجارية بمبادئ المسؤولية الإجتماعية (اتجاه كل من المجتمع، البيئة ،العاملين والعملاء)، حيث تمثلت افراد مجتمع الدراسة في موظفي البنك الخارجي الجزائري BEA وكالة تبسة -46-، في حين تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ووزع (30) استبيان على مجتمع الدراسة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأيضا المنهج الاحصائي من خلال الاستعانة بالبرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS 20). توصلت الدراسة الى أن المسؤولية الإجتماعية تعتبر أحد مؤشرات الحكم على جودة أداء البنوك التجارية كون الاداء الاجتماعي لا يقل اهمية عن الأداء الإجتماعي. The study try to identify the contribution of commercial banks to the principles of social responsibility (for society, environment, employees and customers) ,The members of the study community is the staff of the Algerian foreign bank BEA were the TEBESSA-46-.(30) as questionnaire on the study population. We use the analytical descriptive approach, as well as the statistical approach were used to arrive at results that would help in judging the bank the use of the statistical program (SPSS 20). The most important findings of the study are: Social responsibility is one of the indicators of performance for commercial banks, so that social performance is no less important than financial performance.
