"المراعي" أنموذج متميز في تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمنظمات الأعمال في الوطن العربي

Résumé: استجابة للمشاكل البيئية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعاني منها دول العالم عموما والعربية خصوصا، تتجه منظمات الأعمال العربية إلى تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية كخيار استراتيجي للحد من الاثار السلبية لهذه المشاكل على مختلف الاطراف والفاعلين في بيئة المنظمة. ولكي تحقق منظمات الأعمال العربية هذا التوجه كان لزاما عليها الالتزام بالمبادئ الاساسية والقواعد العامة لخدمة البيئة والمجتمع الذي تعمل فيه. ولعل من بين اهم منظمات الأعمال العربية التي تبنت أنموذج عملي رائد في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية هي شركة المراعي السعودية. انطلاقا من ذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على انموذج المراعي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها وجود تطبيق عالي المستوى للمسؤولية الاجتماعية بشركة "المراعي" السعودية مما ساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية المجتمع السعودي اقتصاديا، اجتماعيا، ثقافيا وحتى أخلاقيا. In response to the environmental, economic and social problems facing the countries of the world in general and the Arab countries in particular, Arab business organizations tend to adopt social responsibility as a strategic option to reduce the negative effects of these problems on the various parties in the organization's environment. In order for Arab business organizations to achieve this trend, they must adhere to the basic principles and general rules for serving the environment and the society in which they operate. Perhaps among the most important Arab business organizations that adopted a pioneering practical model in the field of social responsibility is the Almarai Company. Based on that, this study aim to shed light on the "Almarai" model of social responsibility, and by using the descriptive and analytical approach, the current study concluded that The existence of a high-level application of social responsibility in the "Almarai" company, which greatly contributed to the development of the Saudi society economically, socially, culturally and even morally
