معادلة التكامل الوظيفي بين ثنائية رأس المال الاجتماعي و الاتصال. مقاربة تحليلية لحالة الجزائر

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى شرح العلاقة بين الاتصال و رأس المال الاجتماعي، وتخلص إلى أن رأس المال الاجتماعي باعتباره الفائدة المتضمنة في مجموع العلاقات الاجتماعية يحتاج إلى آلية تعمل على خلقه وتعزيزه، و الحفاظ على مؤشراته ، وهي الاتصال الذي يفتح مجال التفاعل بين الأفراد والجماعات . كما توضح الدراسة الارتباط الموجود بين عناصر العملية الاتصالية وأبعاد رأس المال الاجتماعي. إضافة إلى تفسير علاقة رأس المال الاجتماعي بالتطور الذي حصل بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وما أحدثته من اثر عليه، مع توضيح فكرة غياب عنصر الاتصال وأثر ذلك على رأس المال الاجتماعي مع الإسقاط على حالة الجزائر أنموذجا This study seeks to explain the issue of the communication dimension located in the concept of social capital, as the benefit embodied in all social relationships, he need a mechanism that creates and strengthens it, and maintaining its indicators ,which is the communication that opens the field of interaction between individuals and groups. The study also shows the link between the elements of the communication process and the dimensions of social capital. In addition to explaining the relationship of social capital with the development that has occurred in information technology and its impact on it, with the clarification of the idea of the absence of the communication and the effect of this on social capital, while projecting the case of Algeria as a model
