أثر أدوات التحليل الاستراتيجي في عملية اتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة أثر أدوات التحليل الاستراتيجي في اتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسة حيث تم التطرق إلى مختلفأدوات التحليل الاستراتيجي و معرفة مدى أهميتها و تأثيرها على عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة حيث تساعد على فهم البيئة الداخلية و الخارجية لها و تحديد الفرص و التهديدات و نقاط القوة و الضعف . فقد استندنا على الاستبيان و المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات و تم تحليلها باستعمال spss v22 . خلصت الدراسة بجملة من النتائج أهمها وجود اثر فعال بين أدوات التحليل الاستراتيجي و عملية اتخاذ القرار على البيئتين الداخلية و الخارجية لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر ولاية إليزي . ABSTRACT: The study aims to find out the impact of strategic analysis tools in decision-making in the institution, where the various Strategic analysis tools and knowing their importance and impact on the decision-making process in the institution, as they help to understand the internal and external environment and identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. The descriptive and analytical methods were relied onto familiarize themselves with the theoretical concepts under study, while the applied side was based on the questionnaire and interview as a tool for collecting information and was analyzed using SPSS v22. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of an effective impact between the tools of strategic analysis and the decision-making process on the internal and external environments of Algeria Post, Illizi province.
