دور العقيدة العسكرية الجزائرية في مواجهة التهديدات الأمنية(الازمة الليبية نموذجا)

Résumé: إن امتلاك الدولة للإرادة في القيادة ولعب دور فاعل في محيطها الدولي على العموم و حدود نطاقها الإقليمي على الخصوص، يرتبط بإدراك تلك الدولة لنفسها كقيادة إقليمية ويكون ذلك الإدراك انعكاسا لتصورات وإدراكات صناع القرار لعناصر القوة وطبيعة الفرص التي تمنحها لهم تلك العناصر ونوعية الدور الذي يتناسب مع حجم الإمكانيات المتوفرة ولهذا يشمل الدور الخارجي للوحدة الدولية أبعاد رئيسية ، خاصة و ان الجزائر لها دور في عملية الضبط الدولي في منطقة الساحل الافريقي بأزماته المستمرة و المؤثرة على الامن القومي الجزائري. Abstract: The state's possession of the will to lead and playing an active role in its international environment in general and the limits of its regional scope in particular, is linked to that state's perception of itself as a regional leadership and that perception is a reflection of the decision-makers' perceptions and perceptions of the elements of power and the nature of the opportunities that these elements give them and the type of role that is commensurate with The size of the available capabilities, and this is why the external role of the international unit includes major dimensions, especially since Algeria has a role in the international control process in the Sahel region, with its continuous crises affecting the Algerian national security.
