التكنولوجيا المالية في ظل جائحة كورونا الفرص والتحديات

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الفرص والتحديات التي تقف أمام قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وكذلك توضيح دور هذه الجائحة في إعادة تشكيل مستقبل الخدمات المالية، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها أن جائحة كورونا كانت فرصة ذهبية لانتعاش قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية خاصة من خلال تزايد عدد مستخدمي التطبيقات المالية، تطوير منتجات جديدة للتكنولوجيا المالية، وتعزيز فكرة العملات الرقمية السيادية، وقد اتضح أنه بالرغم من الفرص الأنفة الذكر إلا أن قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية مازال يواجه عدة تحديات في مقدمتها الأمن السيبيراني، والتصيد الاحتيالي. The research aims to identify the opportunities and challenges facing the financial technology sector in light of the Corona pandemic, as well as clarifying the role of this pandemic in reshaping the future of financial services. The number of users of financial applications, the development of new financial technology products, and the promotion of the idea of sovereign digital currencies, and it has become clear that despite the aforementioned opportunities, the financial technology sector still faces several challenges, foremost of which are cybersecurity and phishing. key words :Fintech, Corona pandemic, financial applications, digital sovereign currencies, cyber security, phishing.
