عادات العقل لدى معلمات رياض الاطفال وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

Résumé: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على عادات العقل لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وفق متغير العمر ومدة الخدمة والحالة الاجتماعية، وتكونت عينة البحث من 100 معلمة، وبواقع 50 معلمة من مديرية تربية الرصافة الأولى و50 معلمة من مديرية تربية الرصافة الثانية، للعام الدراسي 2012/2013، وتم إعداد مقياس العادات العقلية لدى معلمات رياض الاطفال الذي تكون من16 موقف وموزع على كل مجال 4 فقرات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معلمات رياض الأطفال لديهن عادات عقلية، إذ جاءت النتائج بمتوسط حسابي أعلى من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس، وأن الفرق في درجات العادات العقلية حسب متغير العمر ومدة الخدمة عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، كان ذا دلالة إحصائية، في حين لم يكن هناك فرق في درجات العادات العقلية حسب متغير الحالة الاجتماعية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). The current research aims to identify the habits of mind among kindergarten women teachers according to age, service period and marital status. The study sample consisted of 100 women teachers: 50 women teachers from First Rusafa Educational Directorate and (50) women teachers from Second Rusafa Educational Directorate, for the academic year 2012 / 2013. Habits of Mind Scale among kindergarten women teachers was prepared which comprised 16 situations, each field contained 4 items. The study results were: kindergarten women teachers had habits of mind, because the results showed the arithmetic mean was higher than the assumed mean of the scale, there are statistically significant differences in degrees of mental habits according to variables of age and service period at the level of significance (0.05); while there is no statistically significant difference in the degrees of mental habits according to social status variable at the level of significance (0.05).
