الإتجار بالبشر عبر الإنترنت

Résumé: الانترنت سلاح ذو حدين، فكما ساهمت في تسهيل مختلف المعاملات على الأشخاص في كافة المجالات بحيث أصبح الفرد يؤدي مختلف أنواع المهام و هو في البيت من خلال جهاز الحاسوب أو الهاتف، ساهمت كذلك في تغيير مفهوم الجريمة التقليدية وتحويلها إلى جريمة إلكترونية لا يمكن للنصوص التقليدية كبحها، ومن بين هذه الجرائم نجد الإتجار الإلكتروني بالبشر الذي انتشر بشكل كبير وسريع على الانترنت التي سهلته بشكل ملحوظ. فهو جريمة تعاقب عليها القوانين وتحرّمها الأديان، كونها تجعل من الإنسان سلعة يسهل بيعها مستغلين في ذلك ضعف البائع لتحقيق رفاهية المشتري. حيث شهد الإتجار بالبشر عبر الإنترنت إنتشارا عالميا واسعا عبر مختلف الدول وأصبح يتم في إطار عصابات إجرامية منظمة عابرة للحدود، تعمل على جعل الإنسان محلا لتعاملاتها المختلفة من بيع وشراء سواء لأعضائه أو لخدمات جنسية مقدمة من طرفه أو لعاملة قسرية تستغله للعمل في أسوء الظروف دون النظر لأي مقومات أخلاقية تمنع التعامل به. Abstract The Internet is a double-edged weapon, as it has contributed to facilitating various transactions for people in all fields so that the individual performs various types of tasks while at home through a computer or phone, it has also contributed to changing the concept of traditional crime and turning it into an electronic crime that traditional texts cannot fight it. Among these crimes, we find human trafficking, which has spread widely and quickly on the Internet, which has facilitated it significantly. It is a crime punishable by laws and prohibited by religions, that concider human body a commodity that is easy to sell, taking advantage of the weakness of the seller to achieve the welfare of the buyer. human trafficking via the Internet has witnessed a wide global spread in various countries and has become within the main work of interanasnational organized criminal gangs, working to make the human being a subject for their various transactions, whether for the sale and purchase of his organs or for sexual services provided by him or for a coercive worker who exploits him to work in the worst conditions without consideration to Any ethics that prevent dealing with it.
