توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء المكتبات الجامعية: دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبات الجامعية بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالمكتبات الجامعية بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة، ومدى وعيي الموظفين بهذه المكتبات بفوائد تطبيق هذه التقنيات، ومدى توفر المتطلبات والتجهيزات الضرورية بهذه المكتبات من أجل تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة والاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي له أهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للمكتبات الجامعية نظرا للمميزات التي يتوفر عليها. وأن موظفو المكتبات الجامعية لجامعة بسكرة لديهم خبرة متوسطة في استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، كما أن المكتبات الجامعية لجامعة بسكرة تتوفر على المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق هذه التقنيات، وأن تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي يؤثر على تحسين أداء هذه المكتبات الجامعية بشكل كبير. This study aims to know the importance of applying artificial intelligence techniques in university libraries at the University of Mohamed Khider Biskra, and the extent to which the librarians in these libraries are aware of the benefits of applying these technologies, and the extent to which the necessary requirements and equipment are available in these libraries in order to apply artificial intelligence techniques. Moreover, the descriptive approach was relied upon in the study and the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection. The study concluded that artificial intelligence is of great importance to university libraries due to the advantages it has, And that the staff of the university libraries of the University of Biskra have moderate experience in the use of artificial intelligence techniques, and that the university libraries of the University of Biskra have the necessary requirements for applying these technologies, and that the application of artificial intelligence techniques affects the improvement of the performance of these university libraries significantly.
