اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة استكشافية ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة "تقرت"
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر(التفويج), حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي الملائم للدراسة, تم اختيار عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي قدر عددهم ب 130 أستاذا, حيث منها 30 عينة استطلاعية و100 عينة أساسية, وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ,تم تصميم استبيان بغرض معرفة اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو التدريس المصغر(التفويج) , وبعد حساب الخصائص السيكومترية قدر الصدق المقارنة الطرفية ب 0.02 وثبات التجزئة النصفية ب 0.95 وثبات ألفا كرونباخ ب 0.92,وبعد تطبيق الاستبيان تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية : 1)- طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) موجبة. 2)- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) باختلاف الجنس. 3)- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) باختلاف الأقدمية. 4)- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) باختلاف التخصص. 5)- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس المصغر (التفويج) باختلاف التكوين. وفي الأخير تمت مناقشة النتائج بالعودة إلى الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة . ووضع خلاصة الدراسة مع بعض المقترحات وختم بالمراجع والملاحق The study aimed to identify the tendencies of primary teachers towards micro-teaching (fooling) . Where we adopted the appropriate exploratory curriculum for the study , a saple of 130primary school professors was selected, of which 30 were exploratory samples and 100 were selected in a simple randomized manner .A questionnaire was designed to know the teachers’ trends towards micro-teaching . Aftercalculation of the psychometric characteristics , the peripheral comparison of 0.63 and bank retail constant of 0.95 and alpha-cronbaach constant of 0.92 was credible. After application of the questionnaire , the following results were achieved : 1-The nature of primary teachers’ tendencies towards micro-teaching (fooling) is positive. 2-There are statistically significant differences in primary teachers’ trends towards micro-teaching (fooling) by sex. 3- There are statistically significant differences in primary teachers’ trends towards micro-teaching (fooling) by seniority. 4- There are statistically significant differences in primary teachers’ trends towards micro-teaching (fooling)in different disciplines. 5- There are statistically significant differences in primary teachers’ trends towards micro-teaching (fooling)according to composition. Finally, the results were discussed by returning to the theoretical framework and previous studies.He developed the study’s summary with some proposals and concluded with references and supplements.
