الحق في الإعلام البيئي كضمانة لحماية البيئة

Résumé: يعتبر الاعلام البيئي من بين الوسائل الضرورية والهامة لنشر ثقافة الوعي البيئي، وأحد الدعائم الأساسية للحفاظ على البيئة، والإعلام البيئي يعد حقا من حقوق الانسان، وضمانة قانونية تمكن الأفراد من التمتع الفعلي بالحق في بيئة سليمة. ونظرا لأهمية الحق في الإعلام البيئي، فقد تمت الاشارة إليه في عديد الاتفاقيات الدولية والإعلانات العالمية ذات الصلة بالبيئة، كما تم تكريس هذا الحق كأحد أهم حقوق الانسان في التشريعات الداخلية لمختلف الدول، ومنها التشريع الجزائري الذي أولى عناية للحق في الاعلام البيئي. Environmental information is among the necessary and important means to spread a culture of environmental awareness, and one of the pillars of environmental preservation. Environmental information is a human right and a legal guarantee that allows individuals to effectively enjoy the right to a healthy environment. Given the importance of the right to environmental information, it has been mentioned in many international treaties and global declarations related to the environment, and this right has been enshrined as one of the most important human rights in domestic legislation of various countries, including Algerian legislation, which has paid attention to the right to environmental information.
