خصوصية الركن المادي والمعنوي لجرائم الشركات التجارية في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: نتيجة لما تتميز به الشركات التجارية من طابع خاص مثل نشاطها، مما يجعله يضفى صفة خاصة على الجرائم المتعلقة بتسيير تلك الشركات ،فكل جريمة وكما هو متعارف عليه لها ثلاثة أركان وهم كل من الركن الشرعي و الركن المادي و الركن المعنوي ،وعليه فان هذه الدراسة سوف تسلط الضوء على الركن المادي و المعنوي وذلك بقصد إبراز خصوصيته في هذا النوع من الجرائم على ضوء التشريع الجزائري As a result of the special nature of commercial companies such as their activity, which makes it give a special character to the crimes related to the management of these companies, every crime, as it is known, has three pillars, which are the legal pillar, the material pillar and the moral pillar, and accordingly, this study will It sheds light on the material and moral element with the aim of highlighting its specificity in this type of crime in the light of Algerian legislation
