Résumé: الملخص: شكل موضوع الثقافة التنظيمية أحد الحقول البحثية المهمة في ميدان علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل في الجزائر، وبالرغم من وجود عدد لا بأس به من الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال إلا أن التأريخ لهذا الميدان لم يحظ بالاهتمام الكافي من طرف المشتغلين في هذا التخصص العلمي.ضمن هذا السياق تهدف دراستنا إلى تغطية هذا النقص المعرفي من خلال البحث في محطات التكون التاريخي للثقافة التنظيمية كموضوع بحثي ضمن انشغالات سوسيولوجيا علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل، مساهمة عبر منهجها المقارن في تحديد التوجهات ومحاور الاستقطاب البحثي لكل مرحلة وبالتالي المساهمة في عرض حال ما أنجز و ما يمكن إنجازه مستقبلا. ABSTRACT: The subject of organizational culture is one of the important research fields in the sociology of organization and work in Algeria. Although there are a fair number of previous studies in this regard, the history of this field has not received sufficient attention from those working in this scientific specialty. Our study aims to cover this. Knowledge gap through investigating the stages of the historical formation of organizational culture as a research topic within the preoccupations of the sociology of organization and work, contributing through its comparative approach to identifying the trends and axes of research polarization for each stage and thus contributing to presenting the state of what has been accomplished and what can be accomplished in the future.
