Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أهمية تسيير الموارد البشرية عبر الية التكوين المستمر بالمؤسسات سواء الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية، ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق النجاعة الاقتصادية؛ حيث أصبح التكوين المستمر عامل استراتيجي تعتمد عليه المنظمات في تطوير ذاتها وانتاجيتها، وخاصة الاستفادة الفعالة من العنصر البشري، وهذا عن طريق تكوينه وتنمية مهاراته وتحسين أداءه من أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف المسطرة بالاخص منها ملاءمة الافراد العاملين للمناصب التي يعملون بها. وهذا ماسنحاول استكشافه من خلال عملنا في هذه الورقة على فهم وتفسير مدى مساهمة تسيير الموارد البشرية عبر ألية التكوين والتكوين المستمر في نجاح وتطور المؤسسة.
