Résumé: ىذه ابؼذكرة برت عنواف: قاعدة الأمور بدقاصدىا كأثرىا في فقو الأسرة عند ابؼالكية، ككانت دراستنا منطلقة برت إشكاؿ رئيس ىو: ما مدل تأثبّ قاعدة الأمور بدقاصدىا في فقو الأسرة عند ابؼالكية؟ كللإجابة على ىذا التساؤؿ الرئيس جاءت دراستنا في مطلب بسهيدم كالذم تناكلنا فيو التعريف بالقاعدة الفقهية كستة مطالب كتناكلنا فيها التعريف بالقاعدة كأصلها كتطبيقاتها، مع تعريفات فركع القاعدة كبعض تطبيقاتها. كفي الأخبّ ابػابسة البٍ تناكلنا فيها أىم النتائج البٍ توصلنا إليها كىي أف قاعدة الأمور بدقاصدىا بؽا تأثبّ في فقو الأسرة عند ابؼالكية، ككما أكصت دراستنا بدراسة ىذا البحث دراسة تطبيقية تأصيلية بغاجة الناس إليها. Research Summary: This worh is under the title: the rules of intentions and its impacts family’s jurisprudence in EL- Maalikis, the study was under the main issue How much does the rule ofintentions in family’s jurisprudence in Maalikis infeluence ? To answer the question above. we studied the following: the definition of jurisprudence rules‚ the definition of the rule, its origin and its applications, the definitions of branches of the rules and its applications. At the end of this study‚ we convey to the results which is: that the rules of intentions has its impacts in family’s jurisprudence in Maalikis, our study encourage to apply because of our need to it.
