آليات مكافحة الفساد الاقتصادي للحد من تأثيره على التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول النامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة عوائق التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول النامية، والتي تواجه عدة صعوبات وتحديات في كافة المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسة وكذا الاقتصادية لتحقيق أهدفها المنشودة، ذلك أن ظاهرة الفساد الاقتصادي تعتبر من بين أهم المعضلات التي تعيق عملية النمو والتنمية، وعلى هذا الأساس تبرز العلاقة العكسية بين الفساد الاقتصادي والتنمية الاقتصادية في الدول النامية. وهذا التأثير راجع للانتشار الواسع لصور الفساد في أوساط المجتمع مثل الرشوة والتهرب الضريبي والجمركي وغيرها، ولمواجهة الوضعية بات من الضروري على الحكومات أن تتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحد من آثرها، من خلال اعتماد الآليات والاستراتيجيات الفعالة التي من شأنها خفض هذا التأثير ورفع معدلات النمو والتنمية في هذه الدول. This study aims at addressing the obstacles of economic development in developing countries that face many several difficulties and challenges in all aspects of social, political as well as economic spheres to attain their desired objectives. The issue of economic corruption is considered to be a major obstacle to the course of growth and development, and it's on this basis it appears that a reverse relationship exists between economic corruption and economic development in developing countries. This effect is mainly due to the widespread of corruption within the society such as bribery, tax and customs evasion and other forms of misconducts. To counter the situation, it has become necessary for governments to take the necessary measures to limit its impact by adopting effective mechanisms and strategies that would reduce this impact and raise the growth and development rates in these countries.
