مساهمة الاستغراق الوظيفي الفعال في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المؤسسات التربوية في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى توضيح مساهمة الاستغراق الفعال في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لدي موظفي المؤسسات التربوية العمومية بولاية الجلفة الجزائر، فتم تناول الاستغراق الوظيفي بوجود إدارة وقت مدركة و تأثيره على الأداء المتميز، فكان مجتمع الدراسة عبارة عن 120 موظف في حيث كانت العينة 60 موظفا،تم إستجوابهم من خلال إستبانة كما أجريت مقابلة مع بعض الموظفين، إنطلقت هذه الورقة البحثية من إشكالية "هل يساهم الاستغراق الفعال في تحقيق الأداء المتميز؟" كما توصلت إلى وجود مستويات مرتفعة لإدارة الوقت و الأداء المتميز و وجود مستوى متوسط لاستغراق، كذلك وجود مساهمة للاستغراق الفعال في تحقيق الأداء المتميز،كما اوصت هذا الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في العائد المالي جراء أداء الوظيفة This study aimed to clarify the contribution of the effective engagement achieving outstanding performance among employees of public educational institutions in Algeria, So, Functional engagement was addressed with the presence of a conscious time management and its impact on outstanding performance, The study population consisted of 120 employees, while the sample was 60 employees, they were questioned through a questionnaire, and some employees were interviewed. This research paper started from the problem of "Does effective Engagement contribute to achieving outstanding performance?" It also found high levels of time management, outstanding performance, and an average level of engagement, there is also a contribution to effective absorption in achieving outstanding performance, and this study recommended the need to reconsider the financial return as a result of performing the job
