نحو قضاء إداري إلكتروني في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر التقاضي عن بعد مظهر من مظاهر تطبيقات التطور العلمي والتقني في مجال العدالة على إعتبار أن تطبيق هذه التقنية على الإدارة القضائية بالشكل الصحيح والتدريجي له أثر إيجابي ويشمل هذا الأثر في سرعة إنجاز العاملات وتوحيد وتبسيط إجراءات التقاضي والمساهمة في أمن المعلومات، ولقد إستعملت الوسائل الإلكترونية في التبليغ القضائي وغيرها من الإجراءات المتعلقة بالدعوى القضائية ، وقد إمتدت إلى الدعوى الإدارية التي أتاح المشرع الجزائري طريقا جديدا لرفعها بواسطة الوسائل الإلكترونية ، وهذا سعي منه لتطوير ورقمنة قطاع العدالة، والإنتقال من النظام الورقي للنظام الإلكتروني في إجراءات التقاضي . Abstract Remote litigation is considered one of the forms of the technological and technical advancements that is being used in the field of Justice, as long as it is applied correctly and gradually in the judicial administration to have positive outcomes. These outcomes include quick legal transactions, unified and simple litigation procedures and a contribution in cyber security. The use of electronic means of communication, in judicial notification and other lawsuit procedures, has been extended by the Algerian legislator to include new ways of administrative lawsuit filing in an attempt to develop and digitize the Justice sector as well as to transform litigating procedures from a paper-system to an electronic one.
