Résumé: تناول البحث إشكالية الرشوة في مجال الصفقات العمومية من حيث طبيعتها و اثرها على فعالية الصفقات العمومية و كيفية مواجهتها بمختلف القوانيين و التنظيمات حي استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاطلاع على جملة من الدراسات السابقة و كذا دراسة تحليل القوانين و التشريعات ذات الصلة و استنتجنا انه بالرغم من وجود القوانين و التنظيمات و الاليات للوقاية و مكافحة الرشوة الا انها مازالت تنخر الاقتصاد الوطني و تعيق تحقيق الأهداف و المشاريع المسطرة في تنفيذ الصفقات العمومية مما يتطلب تكامل مختلف القوانين و التنظيمات و الاليات القانونية و الإدارية و تظافر جهود المجتمع المدني ووسائل الاعلام. The research dealt with the problem of bribery in the field of public procurement in terms of its nature and its impact on the effectiveness of public deals and how to confront it with various laws and regulations. We used the descriptive analytical approach by looking at a number of previous studies, as well as studying the analysis of relevant laws and legislation, and we concluded that despite the existence of Laws, regulations, and mechanisms for preventing and combating bribery, but they still corrode the national economy and impede the achievement of the goals and projects established in the implementation of public deals, which requires the integration of various laws, regulations, legal and administrative mechanisms and the concerted efforts of civil society and the media.
