Résumé: هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى اظهار الدور الذي تلعبه البنوك التجارية في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة لضمان نموها وتطورها واستم ا رريتها، حيث تعتبر المؤسسات الناشئة مؤسسات حديثة النشأة في الج ا زئر، وهي مؤسسات إبتكارية تمتاز بالنمو السريع وارتفاع نسبة المخاطرة فيها. ولعل أبرز مشكلة تواجهها هي مشكل التمويل. تعتبر البنوك التجارية كأفضل ممول للمؤسسات الناشئة، وبينت الد ا رسة التي أجريت على مستوى البنك الوطني الج ا زئري ) BNA ( وكالة متليلي الشعانبة أن للبنوك دور فعال في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة عن طريق مختلف صيغ التمويل والقروض التي يمنحها كقروض الإستغلال وقروض الإستثمار، وتدخل البنوك التجارية كداعم إلى جانب وكالات الدعم الوطنية في التمويل الثلاثي This study aimed to show the role played by commercial banks in financing the start-up institutions to ensure their growth, development and sustainabilty. Therefor this start-up institutions considred as newly established institutions in Algeria, they are innovative institutions characterized by quick growth and high risk ratio in them, and perhaps the most remarkable problem they face is the financing problem. Commercial banks are considred as the best start-up institutions financiers, and the study conducted at the level of Algerian National Bank (BNA) Metlili Chaanba agency indicated that banks have an efficient role in financing start-up institutions throughout different forms of financing and loans given by them such as exploitation loans and investment loans, and the commercial banks proceeds as a supporter beside National Support Agencies in Triangular Funding
