التعصب الفكري في تنظيم العمل

Résumé: ملخص: إن ممارسة التعصب الفكري على مستوى تنظيمات العمل ،أين يتم تنميط الأفكار و طرق العمل و لا يسمح بالعمل بخلافها و لا يمكن تقبل الفكر المخالف، يعتبر محك يهدد كيان تنظيم العمل و يكبح نموه و تطوره في ظل بيئة سريعة التغيير ،حيث يلغي المعايير العقلانية و يستند إلى الحكم المسبق، الإشاعة و القولبة النمطية الجاهزة في تعاملاته مع الطرف الآخر الذي يراه بعين المخالف. كما إهتم الفكر التنظيمي بالتعصب الفكري بطريقة ضمنية ،خاصة المدرسة الكلاسيكية على أساس أنه تعصب فكري بين فرد مسيس و فرد فاعل أو أفراد فاعلين ،لكن بسبب توسع نشاط تنظيمات العمل و ظاهرة الهجرة المستفحلة في جميع دول العالم ، أصبحت هاته التنظيمات تضم أفراد فاعلين من مختلف الجنسيات،الإثنيات و الديانات جعلت ظاهرة التعصب الفكري تضيف منحى آخر لتجاوزاتها. Abstract: The practice of intellectual intolerance at the level of the organizations of work ,where being profiling, the ideas and working methods. It, is not allowed to work otherwise and The contrary thought, cannot be accepted.The intellectual intolerance, is considered ,as a touchstone, that threatens the entity of the organization of work.It ,is also a factor that curbs it ‘s growth and development, in a rapidly changing environment,where it eliminates rational criteria and it be based on prejudgement, rumor and ready stereotyping, in it’s dealings with the other party, who see him, with the eye of the dissenting. Organizational thought ,cares about the intellectual intolerance implicitly, especially classical school, on the basis, that the intellectual intolerance, is between a politicized individual and an active one.But, because of the expansion of the activity of the organizations of work and The vast phenomenon of migration in the majority of the world's countries, These organizations have become involving active individuals, from different nationalities, ethnicities and religions ,which makes intellectual intolerance phenomenon, adds an other trend for its excesses
