الاتصال والمشاركة المجتمعية في تحقيق الاستدامة للجامعة الجزائرية "جامعة باجي مختار عنابة أنموذجا"

Résumé: الملخص: تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتبرز موضوع الاتصال والمشاركة المجتمعية في تحقيق الاستدامة لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة من خلال تفاعلاتها مع محيطها الذي تنتمي إليه، وكذا معرفة الأطراف الفاعلة ذوي العلاقة بالشراكات المتعددة مع الجامعة، وإبراز التحالفات المجتمعية التي تقوم بها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المستدامة، وقد أسفرت النتائج على أن جامعة باجي مختار عنابة رغم مجهوداتها المبذولة في سبل تحقيق الاستدامة إلى أنها لم ترق إلى المطلوب، ورغم اهتمامها بتنظيم نشاطات اتصالية تتعلق بالاستدامة إلا أنها غير كافية وهذا يعود إلى عدم إشراكها لمختلف الفاعلين المعنيين بالاستدامة، وعدم اهتمامها بصفة مستمرة ودائمة بالاتصال مع الفاعلين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، المشاركة المجتمعية، الاستدامة، الجامعة الجزائرية، جامعة باجي مختار عنابة. Abstract: This research paper comes to highlight the issue of communication and community participation in achieving sustainability for the University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba through its interactions with its surroundings to which it belongs, as well as the knowledge of the actors involved in the multiple partnerships with the university, and highlighting the societal alliances that it makes in order to achieve sustainable goals. The results indicate that the University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba, despite its efforts in ways to achieve sustainability, has not lived up to what is required, and despite its interest in organizing communication activities related to sustainability, it is not sufficient. .
