أحكام المصحف عند الإمام مالك من خلال كتاب الجامع لابن أبي زيد القيرواني
Résumé: تناول هذا المقال مسائل مختلفة متعلقة بأحكام المصحف الشريف عند الإمام مالك من خلال كتاب الجامع لابن أبي زيد القيرواني. وقد بدأت الكلام فيه بالتعريف بالإمام مالك وابن أبي زيد القيرواني وكتابه الجامع، ثم استقرأت المسائل المتعلقة بأحكام المصحف فوجدتها خمس مسائل رئيسة، وهي مسألة حلية المصاحف، ومسألة الرسم القياسي للمصحف، ومسألة النَقط والشَّكل، ومسألة تَعْشِير المصاحف، ومسألة ترتيب سور القرآن، فبيَّنت رأي الإمام مالك في كل مسألة بشيء من التفصيل. ملخص المقال باللغة الأجنبية In This article, I dealt with the provisions of the Mushaf (Copy of the Holly Koran) according to Imam Malik through « Eljamaa » Book of IBN Abi ZAYD AL-kayrawani. The article includes five main questions : The question of the decoration of Mushaf, the standard ‘Rasm’ ; i.e : the Arabic writing script, punctuation, Taashir (to mark every ten verses) and the order of the verses. The main result of the study is the permissibility of the decoration of Mushaf (Holly Koran) and the committment to write it in Ottoman style script. The opinion of Imam Malik in every issue is presented in some detail.
