العمل الجمعوي التطوعي ودوره في التنمية الاجتماعية - الجمعية الوطنية للعمل التطوعي أنموذجا.

Résumé: تتناول الدراسة إشكالية دور الجمعيات التطوعية ومساهمتها في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وأمن المجتمعات. وقد أخترنا هذا الموضوع لتوضيح الأدوار المختلفة لمؤسسات وتنظيمات المجتمع المدني في العمل الجمعوي الخيري خلال الأزمة الصحية التي يشهدها المجتمع الجزائري (وباء كورونا)، من خلال مقاربة سوسيوانتروبولوجية للجمعية الوطنية للعمل التطوعي المتواجدة بدائرة وادي ارهيو ولاية غليزان، حيث وجدنا أن للجمعية أدوارا مختلفة تمس عدة مجالات اجتماعيه، ثقافية، صحية وتكوينية، وهي كلها أعمال خيرية تطوعية متكاملة مرتبطة ببعضها البعض، وتساهم في التنمية الاجتماعية وضمان الأمن الاجتماعي للأفراد والمجتمعات. This study treats the role of voluntary associations and their contribution to social, economic development and to the security of societies. We have chosen this subject to clarify the different roles of institutions and organizations of civil society such as voluntary associations in the health crisis affecting Algerian society (the Corona epidemic), through a socio-anthropological descriptive approach near the National Association of Volunteer Work, located in the region of Oued Rhiou. Where, we found that the association has different roles and targets several social, cultural, health and training areas. All of which, are integrated voluntary charities linked to each other, and contribute to the social development and social security of individuals and societies.
