الأثار القانونية لجائحة كورونا على تنفيذ عقود التجارة الدولية
Résumé: لم يكن لفيروس كورونا المستجد التأثير الوحيد على الصحة العامة و فقدان الأحبة, بل كان له تأثير قوي و مباشر على النواحي الاقتصادية و التجارية عالميا من بينها عقود التجار ة الدولية المبرمة قبل تفشي الفيروس و انتشاره في العالم, وه و ما وضع تنفيذ العديد من العقود على المحك و ما يصحب ذلك من تأثير على علاقة طرفي العقد و بنوده, وه و ما يضعنا أمام تساؤل مهم حول مصير تنفيذ هذه العقود في ظل هذه الأزمة التي عصفت باقتصاديات دول عظمى. من منطلق هذا القول تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى البحث عن المسائل القانونية التي يطرحها وباء فيروس كورونا المستجد على العقد التجاري الدولي. الملخص باللغة الاجنبية The new Corona virus did not have the only impact on public health and the loss of loved ones , but rather had a strong and direct impact on economic and commercial aspects globally,including international trade contracts concluded before the outbreak of the virus and its spread throughout the word, which put the implementation of many contracts at stake, and what accompanies that from the impact on the relationship of the two parties to the contract and its clauses, which puts us in front of an important question about the fate of the implementation of these contracts in light of this crisis the afflicted the economies of great countries.This study aimes to search for the legal issues that the Corona virus epidemic raises on the international trade contract
