Résumé: This study, entitled "The Role of Linguistic Evidence in Directing Anomalous Qur'anic Readings in the Book of Al-Muhtasib by Ibn Jinni", aimed to highlight the importance and role of linguistic evidence in directing anomalous Qur'anic readings. As for the first chapter, which represents the theoretical side, it included the most important investigations related to the topic. As for the second chapter, which represents the practical side, the abnormal Qur’anic readings were analyzed according to the levels. The phonetic, morphological, and grammatical method, and the adopted method was the descriptive method, and the conclusion included the most important results that were reached.
