دراسة تحليلية لكيفية إدارة نفايات Eph-kais ومدى مطابقتها مع نظام الإدارة البيئية الايزو 14001.

Résumé: الملخص :هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية إدارة نفاياتEPH-KAIS ، ومدى مطابقتها مع نظام الإدارة البيئية الايزو 14001كونها من اكبر المنتجين للنفايات الطبية الخطرة، مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإلمام بجميع الجوانب النظرية لكل من النفايات الطبية وطرق تسييرها، نظام الإدارة البيئية الايزو 14001، وكذا لتحليل المعلومات والبيانات المتحصل عليها خلال الدراسة الميدانية، ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ان هناك تطابق إلى حد ما بين تسيير نفايات المؤسسة مع عناصر نظام الإدارة البيئية الايزو14001.كما نبهت الدراسة على ضرورة تشجيع المؤسسات العمومية للحصول على شهادات الايزو 14001 لتحفيزها على التنافس والعمل أكثر في مجال تسيير النفايات وإدراج الاعتبارات البيئية ضمن سياساتها الإدارية. Abstract :This study aimed to highlight how EPH-KAIS wastes are managed and compatibility with the ISO14001 environmental management system, being one of the largest producers of hazardous medical wastes, using in that analytical descriptive approach for all theoretical aspects of both medical wastes and its management methods, the environmental management system, and to analyse information and data obtained the field study.The study concluded that there was some conformity between the management of the enterprse’s waste and the elements of the environmental management system, also warned that public institutions should be encouraged to obtain ISO14001 certification to motivate them to compete and work more in the feild of waste management and to include environmental considerations in its management policies.
