تكنولوجيا الرقمنة في المكتبات الجزائرية

Résumé: إن أهمية المكتبات الرقمية لا تقتصر على إتاحة أساليب غير مسبوقة لتطوير المكتبات فحسب، وإنما تمتد لتشمل استعراض المتطلبات المستقبلية اللازمة لتحديث المكتبات التقليدية، لأن الرقمنة تسمح بإتاحة الدخول للمعلومات بصورة واسعة ومعمقة وسريعة وتسهيل عمليات الحصول عليها، وبشتى الطرق مع نقص التكاليف، فالتحول الرقمي يحسن الأداء وجودة الخدمات بالمجتمع وبكل القطاعات، وخاصة المكتبات، المكتبات الإلكترونية ظهرت في ظل التكنولوجيا المتطورة والنمو المتسارع في المعلومات الإلكترونية، لأن الرقمنة لها أهمية كبيرة توفر عدة فوائد اقتصادية وإدارية واجتماعية، إذ تعمل بأشكال وعناصر مختلفة متطورة تسمح بخلق مكتبة إلكترونية متطورة، تمنح خدمات حديثة وممتازة للمستفيدين منها، من خلال عدة برامج تعتمد عليها، لكنها لا تخلو من مواجهة عدة صعوبات وتحديات وعموما تبقى المكتبة الإلكترونية لها كسب أكبر لرواد المكتبة، فالمكتبة الإلكترونية أو الرقمنة بصفة عامة لها أهمية في مواكبة العصر والتخلص من قيود المكان والزمان وضمان جودة الخدمة . The importance of digital libraries is not limited to providing unprecedented methods for the development of libraries, but also extends to include a review of the future requirements needed to modernize traditional libraries, because digitization allows access to information in a wide, in-depth and rapid manner and facilitates the processes of obtaining it, and in various ways with reduced costs, digital transformation improves Performance and quality of services in society and in all sectors, especially libraries. Electronic libraries have emerged in light of advanced technology and the rapid growth in electronic information, because digitization is of great importance and provides several economic, administrative and social benefits, as it operates in different forms and advanced elements that allow the creation of an advanced electronic library, which provides modern services. It is excellent for its beneficiaries, through several programs that rely on it, but it is not without facing several difficulties and challenges. In general, the electronic library has a greater gain for the library’s pioneers. The electronic library or digitization in general is important in keeping pace with the times, getting rid of the restrictions of place and time, and ensuring the quality of service.
