Résumé: According to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific study of Algeria, the axis ofNanotechnology are considered among the priority axes in scientific research, according to the latest update of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria. Given the importance of metal oxide nanoparticles and their prominent role in important applications in many industries and research institutes. Different methods have been adopted to prepare and produce metal oxide nanoparticles (MnO NPs) to meet their increasing demand. The environmental impacts and economic challenges associated with most of their manufacturing methods have led to the search for other alternatives with environmental and economic benefits. Interestingly, the biological method of preparation using plant sources has been shown to be suitable for production due to its numerous health, environmental, economic, and medicinal features, and benefits. These distinctive features of MnO NPs synthesized using plant extracts have promoted their application in agriculture to produce fertilizers and pesticides. In the field of medicine and pharmacy, it has also gained notable use in the production of antiseptic, antifungal, anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic agents. Despite the listed benefits of biosynthesized MnO NPs, difficulties associated with elucidating the formation mechanism and reaction yield still remain. Our proposal and choice for this research was the green biosynthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles (MnO NPs) using date waste (Phoenix dactylifera waste) as reducing agents and studying the factors affecting the course of the reaction such as temperature, pH of the reaction medium, concentration of reactants...etc. Important factors related to the interaction on the one hand and the study of their biological activity and antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-cancer activity on the other hand contribute to achieving some of the recommended green chemistry principles. And valuing the vegetation in southern Algeria as sources of biochemical stimulants the results showed that the generated MnO NPs had exceptional antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic activity, indicating a promising medical performance. This approach to produce MnO NPs from date extract is easy, environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and convenient, and can be successfully used in bioprocessing, drug delivery, catalysis, and other medical specialties. DPW,(Raphanus Sativus L) and (Artemisia herba alba), (Date Fruit ),extract can be considered a powerful natural source of high value-added products for the synthesis of environmentally friendly and cost-effective materials that can be used as an alternative to unwanted synthetic additives in medicine, agri-food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Industries. Our research is currently underway to extract and identify some of the bioproducts of DPW, as well as evaluate their biological activity in vitro and in vivo.
