مكانة المرأة في الأسرة دراسة قرآنية في ضوء سورة النساء

Résumé: الملخص لقد عرض الله تعالى حقوق المرأة والواجبات في كتابه العزيز ، ومن خلال سنة نبيه عليه الصلاة والسلام ، وفصلها تفصيلاً دقيقا ، فنرى مثلاً ان حق الإرث عرضه القرآن في سورة النساء فضلاً عما جاء في السنة النبوية من عرض مفصل وواضح ، وجاءت نصوصه قطعية في دلالتها، بما لايقبل التأويل أو يحتاج إلى التفصيل . ومن اجل ذلك آثرنا دراسة حقوق المرأة وواجباتهما في القرآن الكريم ، بالعنوان المطروح (مكانة المرأة في الأسرة دراسة قرآنية في ضوء سورة النساء) وخصصنا ذلك في سورة النساء ، لكثرة ما عرضت هذه السورة من الحقوق والواجبات ، وكذلك لصعوبة تناول كل السور لكثرة ما عرضت من ذلك . Abstract God Almighty has presented the rights and duties of women in his dear book, and through the Sunnah of His Prophet, may blessings and peace be upon him, detailing them in precise detail. Including the interpretation does not accept or needs to be detailed. And for that, we preferred to study the rights and duties of women in the Noble Qur’an, with the title offered (The Status of Women in the Family, a Qur’an Study in Light of Surah Al-Nisaa). That Because of the large number of rights and duties presented in this Surah, as well as the difficulty of dealing with all the surahs due to the large number of things offered.
