Résumé: The study aims to answer the problem of the extent to which the report of Auditor contributes to the decision-making and specifically the decision of financing of banks. Since the Auditor is a source of trust for stakeholders, and his report benefits them in making their various decisions, we have studied a case with the National Bank Agency that has approved and relied on the corresponding tools and observation.
