Résumé: This study addressed the "Job satisfaction and its impact on job performance of workers in the case of economic institutions Sonelgaz Medea Corporation study," and aimed to investigate the respondents trends in the organization about the impact of job satisfaction on job performance. To achieve the objectives of the research we used a data collection form, which was distributed to a random sample of 50 employees, it has also been used SPSS program in statistical analysis of the data The study found the most important results of the existence of an acceptable level of job satisfaction in the organization under study, and the presence of correlation statistically significant between job satisfaction and job performance within the organization. The study also found several recommendations of the most important work on the improvement of the level of job satisfaction by improving wages and incentives
