Résumé: تناولت الدراسة بشقيها النظري والتطبيقي كيفية بناء إستراتيجية واضحة للرفع من الفعالية التنظيمية أثناء تنظيم المنافسات الرياضية بحيث تضمنت المحاور الثلاثة المقترحة لتحقيقها والتي كانت عن طريق تحديد الأهداف الإستراتيجية على الاحتياجات التدريبية للمنظمين للرفع من الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضية كما أن التمكن من استغلال التكنولوجيات والأساليب التنظيمية الحديثة (الأنظمة الخبيرة) يرفع الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضية دون إهمال الإسهامات المقدمة من طرف اللجان المتخصصة كأحد أهم العوامل المساعدة على لرفع الفعالية التنظيمية للمنافسات الرياضي.حيث أجريت على الرابطات الولائية لولاية الشلف. Abstract: The study, both theoretically and practically dealt with how to build a clear strategy to raise the organizational effectiveness during the organization of sports competitions that included proposed to achieve the three axes, which were by identifying the strategic objectives of the organizers of training needs to raise the organizational effectiveness of sports competitions also being able to exploit the technologies and organizational methods Modern ( Expert Systems) raises organizational effectiveness for sports competitions without neglecting the contributions made by the specialized committees as one of the most important factors helping to raise organizational effectiveness for sports competitions in Ligue wilaya chlef.
