Résumé: يعد كتاب نيل الابتهاج لأحمد بابا التنبكتي من أهم المصادر التاريخية التي وثقت الحياة الثقافية والعلمية بالمغرب الإسلامي، حيث ترجم لعلماء وأعلام شتى في مختلف التخصصات والحقول المعرفية من جهات وحواضر مختلفة، كان لهم أثر بالغ في نشر العلوم والمعارف والمساهمة في الارتقاء بها وتطويرها، باذلين جهودهم ومكرسين حياتهم من أجل إرساء دعائم الحضارة الإسلامية بمختلف مقوماتها المادية والمعنوية. ومن خلال هذا الكتاب النفيس سنحاول تسليط الضوء على جزئية هامة في مجال التعليم، ألا وهي الإجازة العلمية، والتي عرفها المسلمون في العصر الوسيط، إذ أضحت رمزا للعلم ونظاما هاما وأساسيا في التعليم. The book of Obtain rejoicing is considered one of the main historical sources that documented the intellectual and the scientific life in the Islamic MAGHRIB. This translated to various scientists of different specialties, knowledge fields and distinguished insights. Those scholars had crucial contribution in spreading and evolving knowledge and science, that was through their indefinite efforts and sacrifices for the sake of rising the Islamic Civilization with its spiritual and concrete roots. Due to this precious book, we are going to focus on such an important part in the field of teaching, which is the scientific leave as defined by Muslims during the middle age. It was the main symbol of science and such an important system in the instructional process.
