Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن العلاقة بين ظاهرة ازدواجية السلطة في المستشفى والتوافق المهني عند فئة الممرضين، وذلك من خلال دراسة إمبريقية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والذي استخدمناه من خلال الأسلوب الكمي ، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من أفراد مجتمع البحث والذي استخدمنا فيه طريقة المسح الشامل حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين ظاهرة ازدواجية السلطة والتوافق المهني عند الممرضين بمستشفى الشهيد بن عمر الجيلاني بالوادي.
