التزامات المورد الالكتروني في المرحلة السابقة على التعاقد

Résumé: ملخص: تأثر عقد الاستهلاك بالتطور التكنولوجي وقد أصبحت كل المعاملات تتم عبر شبكة الانترنت ، ومن أجل بسط حماية قانونية على هذه المعاملات ساير المشرع الجزائري باقي التشريعات وأصدر قانون رقم 18-05 المتعلق بالتجارة الالكترونية ، فمن خلال هذا القانون حدد المشرع التزامات طرفي العقد الالكتروني ، وقد خص الفصل الخامس لالتزامات المورد ، حيث يلتزم في المرحلة السابقة على التعاقد بالإشهار الصادق ، كما يلتزم بإعلام المستهلك بكل البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالخدمة أو المنتوج محل التعاقد. Abstract: The consumption contract has been affected by technological development, and all transactions are made via the Internet, and in order to extend legal protection to these transactions, the Algerian legislator went along with the rest of the legislation and issued Law No. 05-18 related to electronic commerce. Through this law, the legislator defined the obligations of the two parties to the electronic contract, and it specified Chapter ive, the obligations of the supplier, where he is obligated, in the stage and preceding the contract, to honest advertising, and he is also obligated to inform the consumer of all data and information related to the seal or the product under contract
