إسهام نظام الزكاة في الجزائر في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية - دراسة تحليلية بمديرية الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف لولاية ميلة خلال الفترة 2004-2016-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار الدور التنموي الذي يمكن أن تلعبه الزكاة خاصة في مجال التنمية الإقتصادية، من خلال المساهمة بداية في القضاء على الفقر وتحقيق التوازن الاجتماعي وتحسين القدرة الشرائية وتوفير مناصب الشغل نتيجة استثمار أموال الزكاة وبالتالي التقليل من البطالة، كما أن الاستغلال الجيد لمواردها يقلل من التفاوت بين طبقات المجتمع ويخلق تكافل اجتماعي ويسهل القيام بالمصالح العامة داخل الدولة والأمة مما يؤدي بالضرورة إلى التطور في شتى المجالات خاصة المجال الاقتصادي، وعليه حاولنا في هذه الدراسة تبيان الأثر الاقتصادي للزكاة في إقليم ولاية ميلة كعينة على دور الزكاة في التنمية الإقتصادية على المستوى الوطني. This study aims to show the developmental role that zakat can play especially in the field of economic development by contributing to the eradication of poverty, achieving social balance, improving purchasing power, and providing jobs as a result of investing zakat funds, thus reducing unemployment. Moreover, the good utilization of its resources reduces the disparity between the classes of society and create social interdependence and facilitate the implementation of public interests within the state and the nation, which necessarily leads to development in various fields, especially the economic field, therefore, the study tries to demonstrate the economic impact of Zakat In Mila As a sample, to illustrate the role of Zakat in economic development.
