المعالجة المحاسبية لمنحة الذهاب للتقاعد حسب النظام المحاسبي المالي ـ دراسة حالة عمال الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد فرع ورقلة ـ

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية حساب وتحديد منحة الذهاب للتقاعد حسب النظام المحاسبي المالي ، وكذلك محاولة إعطاء نظرة على المعيار المحاسبي الدولي 19، وما مدى توافقه مع النظام المحاسبي المالي في معالجة منافع المستخدمين، وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وكذلك على المقابلة الشخصية كوسيلة للقيام بالجانب التطبيقي والتي قمنا من خلالها بمقابلات شخصية مع مسؤولين في مصلحة المستخدمين ومصلحة المحاسبة والمالية وتحليل الوثائق، توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة تعتمد على قواعد تقييم منافع طويلة الأجل وفق ما نص عليه النظام المحاسبي المالي والذي يعبر عن الوضعية المالية الحقيقية للمؤسسةThis study aims to know how we count and record the End service grant accounting to the financial accounting system furthermore it attempts to give a look on the international accounting standard 19 and how it corresponds with the financial accounting system in processing the benefits of the users to achieve the goals of this study , we rely on the descriptive method to study a status which we did personal interviews with responsible in the users department and financial accounting department , also we analysing the foundation documents, because of that we figured that the foundation depends on rules for assessing long term user benefits according to what the financial accounting system stipulated which it expresses the real financial position of the institution ..
