قراءة في الإلتزام الصحي لدى مرضى الربو خلال جائحة كورونا.

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى مقاربة مفهوم الإلتزام الصحي لدى فئة من ذوي الأمراض المزمنة وهم مرضى الربو، وذلك بعدظهور فيروس كورونا المستجد وإنتشاره عبر العالم، من خلال قراءة في بعض الدراسات التي اجريت في بيئات مختلفة – أجنبية وعربية- حول مدى الإلتزام بالتوجيهات الطبية و كذا مستوى التحكم في الوضعية المرضية لدى هذه الفئة، وذلك بعد إبراز التعريفات والمفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بمتغيرات هذا الموضوع. وقد أشارت جل الدراسات إلى إرتفاع مستوى الوعي و الإلتزام الصحي لدى مرضى الربو خلال جائحة كورونا، ولعل من أهم الدوافع وراء تبني السلوكات الصحية، هو من أجل الوقاية من الإصابة بالفيروس، وكذا بغرض الوصول إلى تحكم جيد في الحالة المرضية في حالة الإصابة وتفادي المضاعفات الخطيرة المحتملة الكلمات المفتاحية:الإلتزام الصحي، الربو، فيروس كورونا. Abstract : This article aims to approach the concept of health commitment among a group of people with chronic diseases who are asthma patients, after the emergence of the new Corona virus and its spread across the world, by reading some studies conducted in different environments.–Foreign and Arabic - about the extent of adherence to medical directives, as well as the level of control over the pathological situation of this category, after highlighting the basic definitions and concepts related to the variables of this subject. Most studies has indicated height level of awareness and the health adherence of asthma patients during the Corona pandemic, and perhaps one of the most important motives behind adopting the healthy behaviors, is in order to prevent infection with the virus, as well as for the purpose of access to good control of the situation of the disease and to avoid serious complications.
