دور البنوك التجارية في تمويل المشاريع الصناعية

Résumé: "تعد القروض الموجهة لتمويل المشاريع الصناعية من أهم الخدمات التي تقوم ا البنوك التجارية لما لها من دور فعال في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني باعتبار المشاريع الصناعية تعمل على تخفيض معدلات البطالة وتنمية سوق العمل وتشغيل رؤوس الأموال، إلا أن تمويل المشاريع الصناعية يرتبط بالعديد من المخاطر التي قد تؤدي إلى تدهور البنوك، لهذا تعمل هذه الأخيرة على إجراء دراسات باستعمال العديد من الطرق من أجل التنبؤ بهذه المخاطر ومحاولة تفاديها، أو تقليلها حيث تختلف هذه الدراسة من بنك لأخر. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الإجراءات العملية التي تتخذها البنوك التجارية في منح القروض الموجهة لتمويل المشاريع الصناعية، بعد التطرق الى ماهيتها والتعرف على اهم خدماتها، وتتعمق الدراسة الى مناقشة وتحليل مدى مساهمة بنك الخليج الجزائر في قطاع الصناعة على مستوى الاقتصاد الجزائري، ووزن هذا الأخير وتحليل مساهمته في الاقتصاد الجزائري. "Loans to finance industrial projects are considered one of the most important services of commercial banks, in which they play an active role in the development of the national economy; as industrial projects reduce unemployment, develop talents, skills and raise capital. However, industrial projects are associated with many risks that could lead to deterioration of banks. That’s why commercial banks use many methods to predict the risks and try to avoid or reduce them. These methods and studies differs from bank to bank. This study aims to clarify the procedures taken by commercial banks to get loans directed to finance industrial projects. After presenting a general information about commercial banks and its role in the Algerian economy, also this study tries to analyze the Algerian Gulf Bank contribution in the industrial field of the Algerian economy, and try to understand the industrial situation towards the Algerian economy.
