العلاقات العامة ودورها في تفعيل القطاع السياحي - حالة الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور العلاقات العامة في تفعيل السياحة باعتبار أن العلاقات العامة تعد نشاطا هاما وأساسيا من أنشطة المؤسسات التي تعمل في السياحة، كما تعد عاملا رئيسيا من عوامل نجاح الجهود التنشيطية السياحية، حيث تهدف العلاقات العامة إلى دعم ومساندة أنشطة البيع و التسويق ومحاولة تكوين صورة إيجابية عن المنشأة السياحية ومنتجاتها وخدماتها. تعاني الجزائر اليوم من صورتها السلبية لدى المجتمعات ( صورة الفوضى، انعدام الأمن ، الانغلاق ) ، فالهدف الأساسي للعلاقات العامة هو ترقية صورة السياحة الجزائرية وزيادة شهرتها وإعطاء صورة شاملة وجذابة عنها لتصبح قبلة سياحية، فالسياحة اليوم هي أحد دعائم النمو الاقتصادي الجزائري خاصة في ضل انهيار أسعار المحروقات. Abstract : This study aims to identify the role of public relations in activating tourism, considering that public relations is an important and fundamental activity of the institutions that work in tourism,It is also a key factor in the success of tourism revitalization efforts. Public relations aim to support sales and marketing activities and to attempt to create a positive image of the tourism establishment and its products and services. Today, Algeria is suffering from its negative image in societies (the image of chaos, insecurity and isolation). The main objective of public relations is to promote the image of Algerian tourism, increase its popularity and give it a comprehensive and attractive image to become a tourist destination. Tourism today is one of the pillars of Algerian economic growth. Especially in light of the collapse of fuel prices.
