تأثير الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية على الجزائر ( 1929-1933)

Résumé: الملخص: خلال فترة ازدهار النظام الرأسمالي كانت تنتابه بعض الأزمات الدولية ثم يعود إلى الانتعاش من جديد، لكن في سنة 1929م وقعت أزمة وصفت من قبل المؤرخين والاقتصاديين على أنها أخطر أزمات النظام الرأسمالي، انطلقت الأزمة من بورصة وول ستريت بمدينة نيويورك في 24 أكتوبر 1929م، ولم تكن الأزمة عابرة بل استقرت ودامت وانتقلت إلى قطاعات أخرى من الاقتصاد الأمريكي، ثم انتقلت الأزمة إلى باقي دول العالم الرأسمالي ( أوربا ومستعمراتها )، ولقد أثرت الأزمة على الجزائر وتركت تداعيات وانعكاسات في المجال الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، حيث مست الأزمة القطاعات الاقتصادية الثلاث الزراعي والصناعي والتجاري، فأدت إلى تراجع مختلف المنتوجات الزراعية والصناعية،كما أدت إلى انخفاض الصادرات، وكان لها تأثير على البنية الاجتماعية للمجتمع الجزائري، فظهرت الآفات الاجتماعية كالفقر والمجاعة وتدني المستوى المعيشي،اتخذت دول العالم الرأسمالي وخاصة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مجموعة من الإجراءات للحد من الأزمة، كما اقترح أبو اليقظان مجموعة من الحلول لتخفيف من الأزمة والقضاء عليها لعل أبرزها العودة إلى تطبيق مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية من خلال فرض الزكاة والابتعاد عن الاحتكار ومنع الخمور Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية During the period of prosperity of the capitalist system، it was affected by some international crises and then returned to recovery again، but in 1929 a crisis occurred that was described by historians and economists as the most serious crises of the capitalist system. It led to a decline in various agricultural and industrial products، and also led to a decline in exports، and had an impact on the social structure of Algerian society.
