The Financing Plan As A Tool For Analyzing The Financial Strategy Of Economic Institutions: A Case Study Of The Saidal Group 2017-2022

Résumé: This study aims to highlight the role of the financing plan as a tool for financial strategic management, by understanding the organization's long-term trends and objectives. Financial strategy provides clear goals and directions for the future and plays a crucial role in achieving the success and continuity of the institution. Thus, it helps achieve a balance between risks and returns and enhances the institution's ability to grow and develop sustainably. The study concludes that the financing plan is a very important tool in financial strategic management due to its significance in studying the financial needs of the institution and attempting to provide the necessary liquidity to cover them. Through the practical study of a pharmaceutical conglomerate, it became apparent that it follows a renewal investment strategy, as well as a strategy of diversification in the financing mix. Regarding dividend distribution, it follows a strategy of semi-fixed dividend distribution.
